Lime titania coated electrode designed for welding worn tools made from air hardening 5% Cr tools and 12% Cr tool steels such as high efficiency cutting tools (dies and punches), blanking tools, woodworking tools, shear blades for cutting thin materials, thread rolling dies; deep drawing, and extrusion tools, pressing tools for the ceramics and pharmaceutical industries; cold rolls for multiple roller stands, gauges, plastic moulds. High wear resistance coupled with high toughness. As regards the special welding technology, please consult the manufacturer.
