DESCRIPTION
It is designed for arc-cutting of cast iron, stainless steel which is difficult to cut. As it is coated with special coating, it shows stable arc stability. As the coating has great heat resistibility, high efficiency of arc-cutting is easily obtained.
INSTRUCTION FOR OPERATION
Insert the electrode into the cutting groove, and manipulate the rod to move arc from the bottom of cutting groove slowly to the upper parts. Therefore lower part is cut preceding the upper part, so melt-down of weld metal is made faster. Then it is more efficient in the case of heavy plate (> 12mm). Cutting speed or removed quality of metals are proportional to welding current. But in the case excessive current is flowed, cutting rod is burned and cutting efficiency is made lower.
